IMPORTANT RULES & REGULATIONS
- Regular Attendance: Students are expected to be regular in attending school. Late arrivals will be fined Rs. 1/- per day. ⏰
- Leave Sanction: Leave should be sanctioned before it is availed. Parents/guardians must provide a note in the student diary, and students should get it signed by the teacher in charge. 📝
- Prolonged Illness: If a student is ill for more than seven days, a medical certificate must support the leave application. 💊
- Absenteeism: If a student is absent for one month without prior permission, the principal may strike off their name from the school roll. Re-admission may be granted after paying applicable fees and fines. ❌
- Absence Fine: A fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged for unauthorized absences. A fine of up to Rs. 10/- per day may be imposed for absence on special days. 💰
- Leave During Exams: Leave during examination days will only be sanctioned by the principal for unavoidable circumstances. 📅
- Leave for School Functions: Leave for school functions will be sanctioned only by the principal. 🎭
- Fee Payment: Parents must deposit school fees from 1st to 10th of each month at the Lord Krishna NATC Co-operative MiniBank. A late fee fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged until the 10th, and Rs. 10/- additional fine until the 20th. Non-payment by the end of the month will result in the student’s name being struck off, and re-admission will require a Rs. 200/- fine. 💵
- Attendance Requirement: 90% attendance is compulsory to appear in the annual exams. 🏅
- Duplicate Documents: A Rs. 50/- fee will be charged for a duplicate school leaving certificate, report card, or character certificate. 📝
- Punctuality: Regularity and punctuality are essential. Parents must provide an application for leave. ⏳
- Classroom Discipline: If the teacher is absent, students must obey the appointed monitor to maintain discipline. 📏
- Personal Belongings: The school is not responsible for any lost articles or money. Girls should not wear jewelry, except a small ring. 💍
- Visitors and Phone Calls: Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours unless in an emergency. Requests from relatives or servants to send children home early will not be accepted. 📞
- Motorbikes and Scooters: Students must have a valid license to use motorbikes or scooters. Vehicles must be locked at the designated stand. 🏍️
- Behavior Expectations: Students must behave respectfully at all times. They should remember the values taught to them both inside and outside the school. 🌟
